* All lines in the factory are divided into proper zones, and an efficiency-oriented design has been made. With this design that provides working flexibility at an optimum level, production is made in the horizontal production concept.
* It has a total area of 1200 m².
* MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY is divided into supplementary food manufacturing area (solid, liquid, capsule) approved for compliance with HACCP Quality System.
* Antibacterial construction materials and antibacterial pvc floor coverings are used in the establishment of our facility. As a result, the highest level of hygiene conditions are provided for our productions and personnel.
ISO 9001 is an international quality standards system designed to fully meet customer expectations and increase customer satisfaction. It is a certificate that certifies that the product or service is produced at an internationally accepted quality level. ISO 9001 standards are updated and republished by ISO every 5 years, taking into account the needs and revisions of the practitioners. ISO 9001: 2015 indicates that the standard system was launched in 2015.
It is an international standard established to create a worldwide safe food production network. The ISO 22000 Standard inspects every step of the production process of food products. From raw material to production facility and equipment, from plant and personnel hygiene conditions during production to storage and supplier selection, the controls of the product are kept under control with the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), an international standard, aims to ensure that organizations in the food industry can always produce the same product at the same quality under minimum conditions. GMP standards are practices in the manufacturing process that will ensure that a food product is always safe. Complete control is aimed in all processes from the raw material state of the product to the final state. In the production process, it is ensured that all personnel have a high level of awareness in addition to technical quality.
